What are you going through?
If we are following Jesus, if we have any hope of becoming like Him, if we desire to share in the resurrection so that we may share the glory of Christ—there is no way around the cross. You can’t go under it, you can’t go over it, you’ve got to go through it!

The going Jesus speaks of is not to heaven but to the cross, and through the cross as the Redeemer to resurrection life.
God’s chosen path for us is not only that we come to the cross but through the cross to the place He has prepared for us—through the death, through the resurrection, to the man and new life on the other side.
Many come to the cross in their journey to Jesus and stop there. But do you trust Him enough to take you through the cross to the place where He awaits you?
The way of the child is to the cross. The way of the warrior-bride of Christ is through the cross. Grace and glory meet us there. Healing and wholeness rush to restore our shattered hearts and broken lives.
The cross is more than a symbol of salvation. It’s a door through death to resurrection life, power and godliness. Will you go through?
