Are you battle ready?

For those who are exhausted from the battleground of the last few years, the idea of spiritual warfare right now—well we just can’t go there. But when God chooses a time frame in the earth for a divine confrontation with hell on earth, do we have a choice? 5783 is a time to war!

This is not a time to war like we’ve warred in the past. No brandishing swords and screaming at demons, getting down and dirty, working overtime in our own strength to usher in a different spiritual atmosphere. Instead, this is a time to war for the authority we’ve been given to rule and reign with Christ.

God raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ. Ephesians 2:6

In 5783 we are warring to STAND in our rightful places of authority.

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm . . . . Ephesians 6:13-14

Standing in our God-given authority, we divinely recover everything we’ve ceded to the enemy. Recovered inheritances and promises from God bring restoration to families, nations and the church. This in turn brings rest for God’s people!

This is no time for spiritual paralysis or self-indulgence. Each one must occupy the place God has given us in order to advance His Kingdom. If we fail to do so, we endanger ourselves, our future and everyone in God’s army who is depending on us to do our part.

God doesn’t want us exhausted and worn out from warfare. He’s calling us to take our individual positions and war together as a united taskforce—not for personal gain or victory, but for His glory and honor. We’re warring to recover His truth, justice and morality to secure our future.

No one gets to sit this one out. The enemy relies on our denial and lack of awareness—so determine to get in the game and fight the battle. Ask God where He wants you to stand. Remain standing until He moves you. From that place, put the enemy on notice that you are asserting your authority in Christ over everything he throws at you. There’s no need to be fearful. It’s actually no contest. In Christ, you win!

The Hebrew New Year 5783 began on September 25, 2022, with the Feast of Trumpets. Blow the shofar and prepare to war for your rightful authority in Christ this year.
